What Ladbrokes Poker players say

When Ladbrokes first opened its poker room, I briefly checked it out and was duly impressed without actually playing. In the last month, however, I've taken the opportunity to play extensively at Ladbrokes and would say unequivocally that it's the best poker software on the Internet.
I think your policies on all-in protection, table hopping, security, anything that is of concern for a high stakes player is unmatched anywhere. Jesse May "The Voice of Poker" and Sky Sports Poker Commentator I've tried many sites before finding Ladbrokes. My experiences with Ladbrokes are that, unlike many other online poker sites, there don't appear to be any rigged deals, no 'cashout curses' (losing immediately after you partially cashout), no robots playing, no delayed payouts, nor indeed any other funny business.

Ladbrokes.com is part of Ladbrokes LimitedLadbrokes, UK and Ireland's largest off-track bookmaker with around 2000 high street Ladbrokes shops, and over 250 off- course betting outlets in Belgium.
Ladbrokes has led the way in not only meeting the most stringent licensing criteria for these various legal jurisdictions, but also influencing the guidelines to promote higher standards for consumers. No name delivers you greater reassurance than Ladbrokes. With around 2,000 locations in the UK, you'll rarely be far from a Ladbrokes shop.

Ladbrokes International Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Regulator for casino, poker, games, bingo and backgammon (licence number 0012).

This is the name that will be visible to other players at the table you are playing at. It’s like your Poker Nickname, which will remain with you as long as you are playing – so choose wisely… b.) Your Alias can only contain 12 characters. The only allowable special characters are ‘_’ and ‘-‘. You can use a combination of numbers and letters to make your unique Alias. c.) If you have been referred to ‘Ladbrokes Poker’ by a friend, enter you friends Alias or alternatively if you have received a special Promotional Code enter in the fields provided. d.) Click ‘Continue’ to confirm your Alias has been created successfully. Then click on ‘Poker’ in the top left of the screen to enter the Poker Lobby.

2. Deposit and Transfer Funds>a.) Once you have arrived at the Poker Lobby, before you start playing you need to click ‘Login’ if you have chosen to ‘Remember Password’. You then may want to deposit funds into your Ladbrokes wallet and then purchase chips into your Poker wallet. If so click on the ‘Cashier’ tab in the top right of the lobby. b.) When you arrive at the ‘Banking’ pages, just follow the simple steps to depositing funds. Enter your card details and decide how much you want to deposit (there is a minimum of £5 deposit). c.) Once you have deposited funds into your poker wallet then you are ready to select your cash game or your tournament to get playing. If you have funds in your Sportsbook wallet and want to transfer some of these funds into your Poker wallet then again this is a straight forward process. Click on the ‘Transfer’ tab and select transfer from ‘Sports’ to ‘Poker’, type in the amount you want to transfer, type in your password and click the ‘Transfer’ button. d.) Now you are ready to get playing. So select the grey ‘Poker’ button in the top left hand corner and go back to the poker lobby.

3. Choose Cash or Tournament TableCash Tables - Play against other players with your own money, in chips, at the table. a.) If you have decided you want to play at the cash tables then you need to decide which particular type of poker you want to play (Texas Holdem, Omaha Poker, Stud Poker) and at what stake level ($0.02-$0.04 Fixed Limit beginners tables to $50-$100+ No Limit experienced player tables). Click on ‘All’, select ‘Beginners Tables’, choose your game type (Hold’em is the most popular type of poker and the game you may have watched on Television) and then select the stake limit you wish to play on.Ladbrokes suggests that New Players play at the Beginners Cash Fixed Limit (FL) tables to start with. Tournament - Pay a fixed fee to Buy-in and play against other players with our Tournament Chips b.) If you want to play Tournaments then, again, you need to decide what type of tournament you want to play (a quick Sit’n’Go, single table tournament {SnG} or a Multi Table Tournament {MTT}) and decide the level of buy-in (the amount of money you are committing) to the tournament.Ladbrokes suggests that New Players play at the low buy-in ($2) SnG tables to get used to Tournament play.

4. Purchase Chips or Buy-in a.) Once you have decided the Tournament you want to play in, double click on the tournament name in the Lobby, click ‘Join/Leave’ and click ‘Buy-in’ b.) If it is a cash game you want to join then double click on the cash game in the lobby, which will launch the table and then just select a vacant seat by clicking on a seat ‘Click here to be seated’ and you will be asked to choose the amount of chips you wish to bring to the table from your Poker wallet.
